Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing goods online (distance selling), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

This right is provided under:

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (applicable to customers in EU member states).
• The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (applicable to UK customers).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is made within 14 calendar days of the date you received the goods.
• The product is unopened - the outer packaging seal must be intact. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement sachets unless the product is faulty or not as described.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale (undamaged packaging).

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially consumed products (unless faulty).
• Products returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.
• Products that have been damaged after delivery through no fault of ours.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within the 14-day window by email at info@expellingsrforce.world or by phone on +44 20 7253 6748.
2. Provide your name, order reference number, and a brief reason for the return (not required by law, but helpful to us).
3. We will acknowledge your request and provide you with a return address and any further instructions within 2 business days.
4. Package the product securely and dispatch it to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service - you are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome by email or phone. If the return is approved:

• We will process a full refund of the product price within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• Because payment is collected on delivery by cash or card, refunds will be issued by bank transfer (BACS) or by the same method used for payment where this is feasible. We will contact you to arrange this.
• We will not deduct any restocking fee.
• We do not reimburse the return postage cost unless the product is faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and applicable EU consumer law. In such cases, we will also cover your reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us as soon as possible - ideally within 48 hours of receipt - and provide photographs where possible.

6. Honest Pricing

The price shown on our order page is the honest current price, inclusive of delivery. We do not use misleading "was/now" pricing manipulations. Any promotional pricing, if applicable, will be clearly described with the reference period and will comply with applicable price indication regulations.
